I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) based in Durham, North Carolina, providing statewide telehealth services. I specialize in working with adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, substance use issues, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
