Just as the moon passes through different phases, so do we. Some phases are darker and some brighter than others, as is life. A new moon represents new beginnings, growth, rebirth, and renewed energy. I opened Luna Nueva Mental Health, LLC, so I could accompany clients on their journeys toward healing, understanding, and coping with each new phase, change, and season in life. I offer talk therapy as well as somatic therapy. I am a Brainspotting Certified therapist. I practice utilizing training rooted in attachment theory and parts work.
I am a Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) practitioner who specializes in working with pregnant or postpartum clients, those who have experienced trauma, loss, and/ or have struggled with fertility challenges.
I specialize in trauma.
I enjoy working with other therapists, and in general mental health with adults and adolescents age 16+. I am an LGBTQ+ Ally.
