About
I have spent the better part of the last twenty years as a licensed therapist working with teens and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, addictions, family issues, trauma, and PTSD. I use an eclectic approach drawing on several different modalities depending on the needs of my clients. I am pleased to offer EMDR, an evidenced based treatment that has allowed my clients to find relief from disturbing thoughts and memories that prevent them from finding peace and balance in their lives. In addition I am certified to offer the SSP protocol resulting in improved sensory processing and nervous system regulation.
