About
Do you often feel tired, stressed, or overwhelmed? Are you feeling hopeless or helpless? Is the current state of the world causing you increased anxiety and stress? Are you struggling in your relationship with your children or partner? I work with individuals who are struggling to heal from past experiences, navigate current changes in their lives, and live their most authentic lives. My aim is to build a trusting and honest connection, in which you can share your experiences openly, and engage in therapeutic techniques to change the narrative of your life.
I work from a client-centered, strengths-based approach, utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness techniques. I have experience working with teens and adults in various mental health settings. I want to help you share your story and work together to create the changes you want to make in your life.
Engaging in therapy is a courageous act. If you are ready to take the first step to make change in your life, I am happy to answer your questions and help you start your journey to healing.
