About
Recognizing your strengths, even if you haven't seen them for a while or have never acknowledged them, is important in overcoming any problem you are facing. It is my job and my pleasure to help you identify your strengths and gain life-long strategies for happier living. People often become more hopeful and find that the therapeutic process is very helpful. I use humor where we can because therapy should not feel like a chore. It is your opportunity to have a mentor walk with you through a difficult time while providing support, techniques and guidance to help you create the life you envision.
I provide evidence-based therapies for individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, phobias, trauma, health concerns, grief, academic and professional challenges, and feelings of being stagnant. In addition to cognitive behavioral strategies, I use biofeedback and brain training methods when appropriate. Each approach is tailored for specific goals.
I am fully aware that selecting the right therapist for you or your family member can be a difficult process. For this reason, I provide a free phone consultation because I believe it is important to make an informed decision when choosing a therapist.
