I believe healing happens through safe, supportive relationships, and that some of our most meaningful connections can be with animals. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy for adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress-related concerns. I also offer Animal-Assisted Psychotherapy, integrating the therapeutic presence of Asher, my certified therapy dog, to support emotional healing, self-awareness, and personal growth.
My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, integrating attachment-based, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions. I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals, providing a supportive space where you can process challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change while feeling heard, respected, and empowered.
Animal-assisted interventions can be particularly beneficial for individuals working through trauma, attachment wounds, grief, loneliness, and difficulties with trust or emotional regulation.
