In my practice I am committed to helping people cope with being human in a stressful world. I want everyone to know, it is possible that you can adapt, function, and move through the ups and downs of daily life. There are ways to deal with failures and loss and interrupt the downward spiral of negative thoughts and dysfunctional behaviors. We'll work together to shed light on the problem and try out new perspectives and ways to respond to the mind and body.

Some of my clients are looking for support around recent events or changes. Others have had intermittent or chronic struggles. Most of my clients come for help with trauma, anxiety, depression, or insomnia.
