We humans are relational beings! Our health and well-being is directly related to the health and well-being of our relationships with partners, family and friends. Knowing and caring well for ourselves is an essential foundation for growth. I approach my work with the adolescents and adults I serve, from a perspective of hope, deep respect, and great joy.
For me, the practice of marriage and family therapy is a calling. To best serve the body, mind and spirit of my clients, I completed the Spiritual Guidance Program through the Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation in Washington, DC. My experience includes work in a hospital setting, and a collaborative approach to legal issues.
