Patricia Crowder, LPC, CSAC Patricia Crowder is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. She received her master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and her bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Old Dominion University.
