My goal is to help people identify and talk about their feelings, work through problems, and learn new ways to cope. I often use various techniques, and I try to match my style of therapy to my client’s personality. Therapy is not always easy, so it is my goal to form a trusting relationship with my client by building on their interests and skills during our sessions.
I believe that everyone deserves to live a life that's authentic, fulfilling, and joyful. That's why I am dedicated to delivering high-quality, individualized counseling services that address the unique needs and goals of each adult client.
