Life stressors can be overwhelming and life changing. And change is not always easy. Stress can be overwhelming and quickly take over our lives. Stress is often the start pointing of depression and anxiety. Stress makes it difficult to set boundaries, participate in self-care, communicate, and several other factors that drive our life forward. We often find ourselves with a deficit in more than one area of life. It is important to identify and process out the source of the stress be it physical health, trauma, spiritual, family, social, career, finances, or romantic relationships.
I want to help the client find their peace. I always practice under the standard of "Do No Harm" and "No Punishment, No Judgement". I am trained in Trauma Focused CBT, DBT, Yoga Practices for Mental Health, Sports Psychology/Performance Counseling, Spiritual/Empathic Counseling, Holistic Treatments, and Integrative Medicine and Nutrition.
I have an eclectic variety of experiences in my life to benefit me in understanding and assisting clients at different places in their life. I like to experience life and learn daily.
