My practice is about enabling individuals to recognize and address the obstacles that are keeping them from finding that balance. I work with adolescents and adults. I am especially interested in helping adolescent girls develop the skills and confidence to face the ever increasing pressure in their "girl" world (social media, relational aggression, body image, etc.), in a positive way.
