I work with clients who are having a hard time for a variety of different reasons. I work primarily with depression and anxiety related concerns and disorders, but I have experience working with a variety of concerns. No two clients are ever the same, and so I focus on listening and trying to understand who you are, where you come from, how your concerns show up in your life, and how I can help you fulfill your goals. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
I have worked with individuals of all ages from a variety of different backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. I use an evidence-based, collaborative, strength-based, multicultural approach to help you achieve your treatment goals and empower you to navigate challenges in your daily life personalized to wherever you are in your journey.
