I am a firm believer that transformation happens in the midst of safe and supportive relationships. My hope is to give you this experience through our work together. My ideal client would struggle with behaviors relating to: food, rigidity, negative, intrusive, or racing thoughts, perfectionism, grief, phobias, or lack social connections. I work with adolescents and adults and I am intensely trained in the treatment of eating and anxiety disorders, OCD and other compulsive behaviors, trauma, and depression. I will teach you the skills you need to regain confidence in managing your life once more.
More than just talk therapy, I use evidence-based tools. I view clients through a holistic lens and work in a collaborative and inclusive manner. I use eye movement therapy for trauma and distressing memories. I am also strongly trained in: CBT, I-CBT, Exposure Therapy, and RO-DBT which are proven effective treatments for the populations I specialize in.
No one is an island; asking for help is the first step in change. If you have grown tired of living your current lifestyle and know you are in need of change, I can help. Together, with my support, the lifestyle you desire is simply an email or call away. You are capable of more, let me show you.
