I am passionate about supporting individuals who identify as women as they navigate the challenges of life. Addiction and recovery, relationship issues/co-dependence, chronic mental and physical dis-ease, and pregnancy/postpartum and parenting can bring us to places of deep loneliness, suffering and desperation. Past experiences have shaped our path and our behaviors. Brilliant strategies that enabled us to survive through trauma and adversity no longer serve us. It IS possible to shift those patterns. With loving connection and non-judgment I create a safe space for individuals to do the deep work that results in real life change.
Using a holistic approach that addresses mind, body, spirit, and environmental/cultural aspects of the lived experience, I guide folks in connecting to their own inner sense of wisdom and knowing through mindful awareness and body centered practice. We focus on integrating this knowledge into lived reality - creating a life that aligns with personal Truth.
