Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like they've been carrying something heavy for way too long. Some are struggling with anxiety that just won't quit. Others are in relationships where the same arguments keep happening and nothing seems to change. And some have tried therapy before and felt like it helped a little, but not enough. I meet you where you are. I follow your lead, trust my intuition about where things need to go, and help you connect the dots between your experiences, your patterns, and what you want to be different.

I've been doing this for 22 years and specialize in anxiety, complex-PTSD, couples counseling, and neurofeedback. I use CBT & EMDR for anxiety and complex-PTSD, and the Gottman Method for couples. For clients who feel stuck, I'm one of few therapists in the KC area Board Certified in Neurofeedback, a brain-based, drug-free option for anxiety and trauma.

Session fees are $120 for sessions up to 45 minutes and $150 for extended sessions. In-person sessions at my Overland Park office are $150 for a 45 minute session. Neurofeedback sessions are not covered by insurance and are billed at $75-$150 based on the amount of session time.
