I am Patricia Carr, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 12 years of therapy experience. I often work with adults and adolescents who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, troubling relationship patterns, grief, and major life changes.
I completed my Master's degree in Counseling at Louisiana Tech University. In my practice, I use an eclectic approach that includes techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, while always maintaining a person-centered focus in therapy.
