Hi, thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and the services I can provide. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative, safe and enriching human connection. I offer individuals and couples a non-judgmental, optimistic and warm setting to address their concerns. My goal is to encourage positive changes in clients’ lives, help alleviate emotional distress and assist clients in creating and nourishing meaningful relationships within their lives.
My clinical practice focuses on working with adults across the lifespan from late teens to mid 90s. As a clinician, I utilize an integrative approach with therapy grounded in interpersonal, psychodynamic and existential theories. I also draw heavily from cognitive behavioral techniques particularly when assisting individuals with health behavior changes.
