Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I specialize in supporting people living with chronic and complex health conditions and trauma, which I understand firsthand. Conditions such as dysautonomia/POTS, EDS, Lyme disease, Bartonella, IBS, fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, Hashimoto’s, MCAS, CIRS, autoimmune disease, chronic pain, migraine, Celiac disease, long COVID, endometriosis, PCOS, and other complex conditions can affect every part of your life, bringing fear, anxiety, grief, medical trauma, relationship changes, and uncertainty about the future. I also work with neurodivergence, ADHD, autism, and CPTSD.
I understand how meaningful it can be to work with someone who genuinely “gets it,” especially when you have spent so much time feeling misunderstood, dismissed, or exhausted by navigating the medical system. My work centers the whole person, including the physical, emotional, relational, and psychological impact of chronic illness.
I provide psychotherapy virtually to adults in California, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington. I also offer coaching as a separate service for clients domestically, and internationally.
