Daily life can be stressful! Many people experience depression and anxiety at different times during their life. As someone with lived experience, I understand how hard it can be to stay present when thoughts and feeling are overwhelming.
Today I’m a psychotherapist specializing in Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and complex traumas. I spent many years in general mental health practice before working with veterans at the VA. There I began using evidence-based treatments for PTSD. After retiring from the VA, I focused more deeply on specialty OCD treatments. I have also continued to work with Anxiety, PTSD and complex traumas.
