Hello! I am the founder of Willow Counseling & Wellness LLC, a licensed professional counselor and a board certified supervisor. As a trauma informed therapist, I specialize in working with individuals, grief and loss, depression management, life transitions, stress and anxiety reduction, multicultural experiences, and PTSD. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques including EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems, somatic experiencing, and mindfulness. I am trained in expressive arts, mindfulness based therapy, mental health diagnosis, and trauma treatment.
