I specialize in guiding individuals through trauma, transition, and transformation. My mission is to help people empower themselves and promote their well-being by providing a nurturing and safe environment for strength-based, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and compassionate counseling. Together, we will draw from a range of techniques and collaborate to find the best approach for you. This may include traditional talk therapy, as well as other forms of therapy such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness.
I can equip you with practical tools to reduce anxiety, build resiliency, and soothe your nervous system. Together, we'll work on overcoming past traumas, identifying your strengths, and gaining insights. I offer support in navigating transitions, responding to new experiences, and breaking old patterns. Let's work towards a calmer, more resilient you.
I welcome new clients and work with individual adults and youth (16+) in Washington State. My hours are from 10:00am to 5:00pm, Tuesday to Friday, and I offer in-person and Telehealth sessions. Please note that I am a private pay therapist and do not accept insurance.
