I love creating a safe space for those with who want to examine the intersectionality of their identity, and build awareness of why they feel stuck in a relationship that doesn't meet their needs or a job that doesn't value them. I am collaborative with my clients, engaging them in deeper self-reflection to increase their clarity in life. Together we co-create a roadmap towards their healthiest version of themselves. I love connecting with other helping professionals: teachers, social workers, and nurses to help support your journey of healing and growth.
My approach to therapy uses Attachment-Based, Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Relational, Inner Child Healing, and Object Relations.
I am relational and casual. I want therapy to be something you look forward to each week. I am compassionate and silly that talking about trauma feels bearable during a time of life when you may feel overwhelmed by it. I want to help you lighten your load and find glimmers in your daily life to encourage you to seek more for yourself.
