Hey there! I'm Pat. I work with adults 18+ who experience anxiety, depression, or are struggling with the impacts of trauma. I am a licensed therapist in Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee. I am also a board-certified music therapist. I help clients navigate through their challenges and reveal the path for their healing and personal growth.
When we start, I’ll get to know you, what’s important to you, and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. From there, I take a collaborative approach with you, making a plan that will get you to your goals.
I offer Cognitive Processing Therapy and EMDR therapy for trauma recovery. I enjoy integrating CBT and ACT modalities based on your unique needs and preferences. Music therapy is healing to so many who don't benefit from traditional talk therapy, so if you find yourself struggling to express yourself or connect, this treatment could be the best for you.
