If you are feeling confused, misunderstood, overwhelmed, or alone; therapy may help you find YOUR path to feeling connected, whole, and hopeful. Perhaps you feel stuck or caught in a negative pattern you don't seem able to break or to intervene upon. Sometimes we just need a safe, confidential space where we can explore and process our feelings, thoughts, and behaviors without caution or fear- where we can engage in a meaningful, mindful dialogue and receive feedback without pressure or judgement. Sometimes it helps to just have a fresh perspective.
I have been supporting adults, couples, and families for over 35years as they engage in self-exploration and navigate life changes. Together we have identified and developed plans for changes they may wish to make about feelings, thoughts, or behaviors. We have also identified what is working well for them and worked on strengthening those skills
I welcome the opportunity to support those who are ready for change. My own recovery of 40+ years has instilled in me an empathetic, nonjudgemental, and collaborative approach. I look forward to supporting individuals and families who are exploring issues of substance use/abuse, addiction, co-dependency, anxiety, depression, grief, and related issues.
