Epiphany Mental Health was founded to provide space for you to reflect and explore where you are on life's journey and a partner to help guide you towards your desired destination.
As a second-career therapist who is also EMDR certified, I bring experience working with a wide variety of ages and lived-experiences. As a former Hospice Chaplain, I tend to look at mental health issues through the lens of grief and loss and then use a variety of evidence-based skills to facilitate a person's progress in healing sooner than later.
