About

What we focus on in our lives is what we manifest in our lives. Our thoughts do generate our feelings thus a solutions verses a problem focused approach allows for growth and movement towards healing physical and emotional discomfort. Through the use of multiple strategies including hypnosis, mindfulness and meditation, habits, anxiety, depression, family issues and work stress can be resolved in a brief format with long term results.
I am trained in Brief, Solutions Oriented Therapy. We cannot change the past, the future hasn’t happened yet so the present is your opportunity for change. Our mind, body and spirit are the essential components of our well being and happiness so an integrative approach to this balance facilitates emotional and physical healing.
