I use traditional and non-traditional approaches to therapy. Theoretical concepts of Humanistic, Interpersonal, CBT, Contemplative and Positive Psychology are applied. Additional components of yoga, conscious awareness, skill development, guided imagery, and mindfulness are incorporated.
