Patricia earned her Master’s degree in Psychological Studies with a concentration in Sports Psychology in 2014, followed by a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling in 2017, both from Seton Hall University. Her diverse clinical background includes providing individual and group counseling for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in the Acute Outpatient Behavioral Health program at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center. Additionally, she has extensive experience supporting college students and student-athletes within the Wellness Department at Caldwell University.
In her clinical practice, Patricia treats young and older adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship issues, and grief. She utilizes a tailored, integrative approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Existential modalities.

Groups
RVC Young Adult Group
This is a co-ed group for individuals 21-30 years old. The Group focuses on addressing life transitions, relationship stressors, anxiety, mild substance abuse disorders and/or process addictions such as codependency, food addictions, nicotine dependence etc. (Most insurances accepted) * Please note, clients are not required to be attending individual therapy at Nassau Psychology, PC in order to participate in group therapy at our practice. A one-time intake evaluation is required prior to being admitted into group therapy to ensure we are a good fit for the client's needs and to meet the group leader!
