I treat the whole person who is sitting beside me, not just a label or a diagnosis. I know that most people simply want to find solutions to their problems and live the most satisfying lives possible. My therapy tends to be brief and solution focused. I am aware that most people seek therapy when they are in pain and that they want relief as quickly as possible. I entered partial retirement, several years ago. I would like to maintain a small limited practice for people who want to do short term work. I am interested in clients who are seriously committed to moving forward. I have a lifetime of experience as a human and have watched the evolution of psychology since 1969.
