About
My ideal client would have the ability to commit to the understanding that each individual is responsible for their own well-being and sense of self. This would involve a willingness to take the reigns back on issues that may have plagued their lives for years. I would be honored to facilitate this process of self discovery and healing in order to assist them in their journey of recovery. To schedule your appointment, email Christine, my Practice Manager at (awindowtowellness@outlook.com)
My approach is holistic, which may encompass many different methods of both conventional and alternative therapies, but the overall theme is that the person in treatment will ultimately build a better, more balanced sense of self while coming to love who they are in the process. The four main elements of self are explored: Mind, Body, Spirit and Environment.
In order to heal, one must explore the cause or mindset that triggered the problem. Toxic and negative thoughts can be eradicated and replaced with positive ones. Also, I believe each person has the strength and courage to find meaning and purpose in their life, focusing on their individual solutions, rather than their problems.
