Therapy works best when it fits real life. That’s why I keep my schedule flexible, with appointments Monday–Thursday, so you can get support without rearranging your entire week. We’ll find a time that works for your life, not the other way around.
We meet virtually—which means you can join from your couch, your office, or your parked car during lunch break (yes, that’s totally fine). All you need is a quiet-ish space, a device with internet, and the willingness to show up as you are.

I offer a supportive, non-judgmental, space where people can talk about anything. You will never need to censor yourself while working with me. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is the most important part of the process. Having a healthy relationship with yourself and others is important. I am certified in anger management, trauma, and telehealth.
