I am a mental health professional with years of experience working within several diverse professional backgrounds. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in law enforcement for 20 years and, later, as a registered nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and behavioral health unit for 8 years.
This unique professional journey has given me a deeper understanding of life's complexities and healing processes. My personal and professional experiences have been invaluable life experiences that enhance my understanding, insight, and connection to people.
