I have worked in the field for over a decade with clients of all ages. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, motivational interviewing, and CBT to empower clients in moving obstacles that may have been stagnant with other forms of therapy. I offer both in-person or virtual appointments, and am always conscious of HIPAA compliant environments.
