My name is Patrice and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Virginia and Kentucky. Together, I am here to help you figure out what those big feelings mean and ways to manage them so you can shift your focus to the things that you find most important!
Using a teamwork approach, we will create goals and incorporate different therapeutic techniques to work towards those goals. Some of these techniques include expressive forms of therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, DBT skills and more.
I truly believe in empowering clients to take back control of their lives as they develop healthy relationships with themselves and others by identifying and amplifying strengths you already possess.
