Hi! I’m Patrice. At Provision Counseling in Westland, I work with clients who feel stressed by daily life, overwhelmed by change, or stuck in patterns that affect their relationships. Many of my clients are navigating grief, major life transitions, or ongoing stress while also experiencing anxiety, low mood, or emotional exhaustion. I have a special focus on supporting clients who are struggling with relationships with partners, family members, friends, or themselves. This may include feelings of loneliness, social anxiety, difficulty forming/maintaining friendships, attachment wounds, or past trauma that interferes with connection.
With appropriate therapeutic techniques, I will gently push you with thought provoking questions and the space to practice new skills. I use a person-centered and holistic approach in therapy, which means I focus on the individual, meeting you where ever you are at. I am trained in a wide variety of therapies but will determine the best option for you.
Therapy is a place to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and develop healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating—to others and to yourself. Together, we will work to build insight, emotional safety, and healthier ways of relating—so you can experience more grounded, meaningful relationships and a stronger sense of self.
