I am a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about empowering others to prioritize self-care and achieve optimal well-being. Over the past 20 years, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals, couples, and families heal from emotional and psychological pain. I believe in equipping clients with tools to navigate life's challenges, embrace their values, and create lives filled with joy. My professional journey spans outpatient mental health, non-profits, private practice, and hospital settings.
I have a Master’s in Community Counseling from Georgia State University. I take a holistic approach to treatment and use evidence-based practices to address the unique needs of individuals and families. These include mindfulness-based techniques, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.
