I work with older teens, adults, and elder adults. We typically develop treatment strategies together.
I treat anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, relationship issues, and coping with chronic health problems. I specialize in treating trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). The core of my work is removing emotional barriers and helping people experience the growth they want.
