I have worked in the counseling profession for over 13 years. I work with individuals who have anxiety, depression, trauma, marital/relationship issues, phase of life and professional development issues & addiction/recovery. I incorporate cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness therapies when working with individuals.
I am passionate about the journey of healing and discovery through the counseling process. I believe that one finds purpose and meaning through exploring experiences and perceptions that have hindered growth and development.
