As a licensed therapist, my mission is to help you reflect on your experiences, uncover valuable insights, and make meaningful change. With experience working with children (10 and up), adolescents, and adults, I cater to both short-term and long-term therapeutic goals. My approach is client-centered and strength-based, drawing from various modalities to meet individual needs and desires.
I specialize in treating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Some of the modalities that I use in my practice include Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical- Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).
I am happy to offer free consultation via telephone or in person. Please note that I do not accept most insurance at this time but I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement as an out of network provider.
