As a licensed therapist, professor, and community mental health advocate, I bring over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate life’s most difficult moments. I offer in-person and virtual sessions to meet you where you are.

My approach blends EMDR for trauma and PTSD, CBT for reshaping unhelpful thoughts, and DBT for building emotional regulation and relationship skills. I also offer equine and canine assisted psychotherapy, nature therapy, and walk and talk therapy. I tailor therapy to your needs so you feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
