About
My passion is working with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, or the impact of having experienced trauma. These struggles can affect one or more areas of your life making it difficult to maintain healthy relationships, be your best at work, take care of responsibilities at home, and find joy in life. You may have difficulty trusting others, have sleep or eating disturbances, have difficulty concentrating, or loss of interest in things you used to enjoy. Pathways to Healing, LLC might just be the solution to helping you through these barriers that help you live your best life.
Getting started on your pathway to healing starts by making that first phone call to Pathways to Healing. On the other end of the phone you will find acceptance, compassion, understanding and appreciation of you and your life story. We will discuss what is going on in in your life, what you would like to be better, and how Pathways can help.
From client S.A. - “I never thought I would be able to escape from my problems. I was cycling through counselors for 5-6 years until I met with Lisa. She is always clear and transparent, takes the time to understand the root of all my problems, and has incredible compassion and insight. I have never felt so understood and hopeful. Thank you so much, Lisa."
