About
As a tele-health practitioner, I believe compassion is a powerful force in meeting life’s challenges. Regardless of our position and circumstances, we all have experiences that are challenging, stressful and unfulfilling; often requiring extra support. Whether you are working through mental health issues, having a tough time working through trauma, experiencing relationship dysfunction, or any other stressful situations, I’m here to help you work through it. My core therapeutic values and approach provide guidance for myself and clients as we work together toward peaceful resolutions to some of life’s most challenging obstacles.
My core values: 1)Unconditional Regard: I believe the therapeutic relationship is where healing happens and approach these relationships with acceptance and love. 2)Self awareness: I create a safe space providing honest feedback to enhance growth. 3)Balance: Our environments, emotions, thoughts, behaviors and physiology all interact to influence our patterns
I am a licensed clinical social worker and doctor of behavioral health. I’m dedicated to helping people feel better in all aspects of their lives. I have over 20 years experience working with children, adults, and families and am certified in EMDR and Sand Tray Therapy. I also provide supervision to those seeking clinical licensure.
