I have over 20 years of experience counseling adolescents and their families through difficult times in their lives. The struggles and difficulties that families face can feel overwhelming at times. Meeting with the right counselor and building on strengths within the family can make an enormous difference.
Oftentimes, helping families and individuals learn different skills to manage the stressors that impact them can have positive results. Therapy should focus on solutions and moving forward!
