After serving high risk populations and adults with disabilities for over twenty years, I now offer solution focused counseling in Boulder County. I believe in treating individuals with respect and appreciate the uniqueness of each client. My style is integrative, interactive, and collaborative focusing on families, individuals, and adolescents. My focus with clients is on addiction, codependency, high-conflict divorce, stress, anxiety and career counseling. I use a variety of techniques and tailor my treatment to meet your needs. I am accepting Medicaid clients in Boulder County, providing telehealth and in-person therapies.
I bring extensive experience to those suffering from anxiety, stress, and depression, including legal issues and addiction. My goal is to support clients in cultivating the skills needed to increase their overall emotional intelligence and achieve their personal goals.
My life and work experience with adolescents teens and adults, high risk populations, individuals and group settings has brought me a better understanding of issues that include depression and anxiety, alcohol and substance use and abuse, poor self-esteem, and parental issues.
