Colorado based telehealth therapy practice connecting you with healers that not only work WITH your intersectionalities but ARE your intersectionalities. This practice was created after hearing over and over again that clients are seeking therapists that represent and are who THEY are; not just work with who they are. In the mental health world there is a need to be able to relate to the person that you are trusting and being most vulnerable with, especially as a marginalized individual. Our clients include: BIPOC, LGBTQ, plus sized, visible/non-visible disabilities, Neurodiverse, gender non-conforming, many other intersections!

You may be carrying grief, trauma, anxiety, questions about your identity, or family pain that has quietly shaped your life for years. If you are facing a transition and your usual coping strategies no longer help, I am here to support you. I work with people healing from attachment wounds, trauma, recovery challenges, grief, neurodivergence, family patterns, and major life changes. I especially enjoy helping women as they move through midlife, aging, menopause, and shifting roles, as well as clients exploring their sexual identity.

I enjoy working with adults navigating trauma, identity, relationships, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, particularly those from Black, Brown, LGBTQIA+, and other marginalized communities. Many of my clients have spent years feeling misunderstood, carrying responsibilities that were never theirs, or wondering why life feels harder than it should. Together, we create a space where they don’t have to perform, explain, or shrink themselves. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their own agency, build healthier relationships, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

There is no such thing as normal life- there is just life. It is up to us to define what life is like for us now and how we want life to be. We will differentiate wants from needs, address issues that lack understanding, and realign our goals for the betterment of oneself, lifestyle, and overall mental health. How you feel matters and will always resonate with you. Creating different techniques to help you externalize issues, understand your core self, and disrupt unhealthy patterns will help to transform you, your family, and your outlook on life as you see it. Let's work together to create the best impeccable version of yourself.

My ideal clients are people who have spent a long time feeling like they had to make themselves smaller to fit in, whether that meant shrinking their needs, silencing their emotions, masking or showing up as a version of themselves that felt safer. Many carry histories of trauma, emotional neglect, or family dynamics that left little room for their own inner life. Some are first-generation Americans navigating the complexity of belonging to multiple cultures. Others are adolescents and young adults figuring out who they are outside of the roles they were handed.
