I am a faith-based counselor who integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I meet clients where they are and, when desired, thoughtfully incorporate faith as a source of strength, hope, and guidance.
