Hey! I'm Ashley Wroton Lawrence, Ed.S., LPC, and my goal is to help you feel comfortable and confident and support your growth to your healthiest goals! I have over 10 years of experience working with teens and adults (15+) who experience anxiety, depression, attachment and relational struggles, ADHD, and spiritual concerns. If you have been feeling overwhelmed by life stressors, are weighed down by negative or scary thoughts, find it hard to get or stay motivated, keep repeating the same issues and have difficulty breaking out of old patterns, we can work together to give you the new skills and ways of thinking to break free!
Together we practice strategies to reduce the issues that have been making your life harder and build skills to grow healthier through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Emotional Freedom Technique, trauma-informed therapy, nutritional psychology, and Biblical-based approaches integrated.
