Safe & Sound Protocol

New group starting in September. Please email Linda at rhopecounselemdrneurofeedback@gmail.com or call her at 503-991-8319 for more information or to sign up. Designed by Stephen Porges, the Safe & Sound Protocol works on the vagus nerve to move a person out of anxiety & depression & into social engagement. It can take as little as 5 hours for some adults to complete the program. Children may need more time. This group is especially helpful for those with a highly dysregulated nervous system & adults & children who have experienced trauma. There are individual & family plans available.
