Navigating adolescence and the transition to adulthood can be challenging. My goal is to support you and your child (or young adult) through this confusing but exciting life stage. I enjoy identifying unique strengths and building self-worth and self-efficacy. We will work together to strengthen coping skills and process past life experiences that continue to affect our thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
I have 20 years of experience providing trauma-informed therapy to individuals and groups. I am currently providing interactive virtual therapy for adolescents/young adults and have limited availability for equine-assisted psychotherapy in Marne, MI. I have advanced training in EMDR, TF-CBT and DBT.
